Performance under pressure isn’t something I picked up in a classroom. I was forged by it.

Growing up the only black kid in a 99% white town. Losing my father to murder at seven. That wasn't a backstory — that was the beginning of a methodology I spent the next three decades testing: acting on stage and screen, in pharmaceutical and medical device sales, then training sales forces at Spectrum, Fidelity, Wells Fargo, Pfizer, Salesforce, and UBS.

The result: a 75 NPS. For context — the global average across industries is 32. Above 70 is considered exceptional. Most world-class brands never get there. Apple and Netflix hover around 60.

I am the proof of concept.

Most sales training addresses skill. What it rarely addresses is the moment when skill isn't enough — when the deal is slipping, the room has shifted, and everything your team rehearsed feels inadequate. That's the pressure gap. And it's where most training stops and where my work begins.

Most organizations respond to missed quota with more methodology. But when the room shifts and the deal is slipping, methodology isn't what fails. Composure is.

My system wasn't built in a research lab. It was built across a lifetime of genuine high stakes — and refined across hundreds of engagements with the teams who had the most to lose.

I work with sales leaders at Fortune 500 companies through keynotes, corporate workshops, and executive coaching — to build the one capability that determines who wins: the ability to perform when it matters most.

I can't guarantee your team closes every deal. Nobody can. What I build is simple to say and hard to find: a team that doesn't shrink when the stakes are highest. The outcome was never in your control. The execution always was. That's what I build.
